The Cupertino Toyokawa Sister Cities (CTSC) organization promotes cultural awareness and friendship between the cities of Cupertino and Toyokawa, Japan. 

The cultural awareness is promoted through the annual Cupertino Cherry Blossom Festival (CBF) held every year on the last weekend in April.
