Japantown has invited local artists and musicians to take part in Make Music Day in San Jose. Coinciding with our Jtown ArtWalk, many of our businesses will be having musical performances in and around our shops. http://www.makemusicday.org/sanjose/

Performing at Santo Market, 245 E. Taylor Street, from 6:30pm-8:30pm: Na Kolohe Kane (Hawaiian band).

Performing at Roy’s Station, 197 Jackson Street:

4:30pm - Leroy the Saxaphonist

5:30pm - Wesley United Methodist Church Ukulele Band

6:30pm - Lotus Preschool Taiko Drummers, followed by San Jose Taiko. SJT will start at Roy’s Station and then roam all around Japantown until 7:15PM!

7:45pm to 8pm - Derrick Sanderlin

8:00pm to 8:30pm - Kirk Tamura Jazz Band
