SJT hosts its first virtual Taiko Weekend Intensive August 22nd and 23rd. Participants will learn one of SJT’s newest pieces: “Balance,“ written by Geoff Noone in 2019. Technique and patterns for chudaiko (naname), kane, and shimedaiko will be covered over the course of two 5-hour sessions. Brief discussion segments include: at home taiko setups, conducting online rehearsals, and more!
