Do you have a child between the ages of 7 and 14 who would like to try playing taiko? Learn taiko basics in a fun and engaging 90-minute workshop, taught by San Jose Taiko’s staff and Performing Company. After hearing a brief history of taiko, participants learn a song based on fundamental stance, rhythms, and technique. No taiko experience is necessary.
